The box has been processed completely destroyed, which is what I get for buying a used discount. But the box still holds the plates and the dumbbells to work very well. Screw good, good grip, a lot for me. But once you need more than 17th 5 pounds per dumbbell (max), it is time for something heavier. Rating: 5.3

I expected, Walmart, their food prices on Cap Barbell, $ 35 back. 00, the price and the continuation of a week later, they were $ 44. 00th On Saturday, 12th December I went on Amazon. com, and they were there for $ 35. 00 and free shipping. I ordered them that day and on Sunday I received an e-mail that they have been shipped and is on 15 Arriving yes! For the price I paid, I do not know how Amazon makes money when the cost of shipping 42 pounds across the country figure. I was for cheap dumbbells make our training at home, especially in this price class, see weight plastic or concrete. I saw this article and set for thirty-four U.S. dollars for a metal with so many comments that I had to skip. I was pleasantly surprised at how on the package was great that I reviewed some feared there would be problems. It was boxed and two sets of nylon fabric around him. Weight and internal packaging was excellent and without problems. The weights, bars and all O-rings were very good. All smooth and screwed me feel much more than the price I paid. A great buy.
